Another side of the matter be sey, na the man dey abroad wey he tasked the woman to supervise completion of e six bedroom apartment as he dey send money.
The woman managed completion of the man’s apartment for about four years and after that, he talk the woman to go stay in one of the two bedroom units in 2017. Chairman returned, joined the woman and they lived together for about nine years.
The woman also sued the man and she talk the court sey she left her residence for Dansoman, go stay in the man’s house; and later with him secof the promise wey he promise to marry am. She say she believed the man and so make fully committed to dema relationship.
The woman even give the court evidence that show sey her family members all know the man as her lover. The man saf sponsored the funeral of the woman’s father and more seriously, he even wrote tribute for the ceremony.
The woman add that the man carry ring give am and put her in charge of his construction project.
The woman talked the court to order the man to give am 40K U.S dollars for failing to marry her and the right to continue staying in the man’s two bedroom apartment for Legon.
Last, last the court agree sey too much evidence dey support the woman’s case against the businessman and the Judge, Sedinam give her final judgement, ordering the man to give total of 200K Ghana cedis to the woman. The court agree sey the man no go fit comort the woman from e house wey dey Legon as well.
In all, it make clear sey the businessman do yawa for sending the matter to court to remove the woman from e house.
