Bernajis Health and Social Diary

Introduction
This book discusses a variety of health-related topics within the Ghanaian healthcare system, as well as several important social issues. It is largely inspired by his personal experiences as a clinical nurse and a public health enthusiast.
Within these pages, readers will discover some of the challenges facing the healthcare system and the roles that all stakeholders can play in improving healthcare delivery. The book also explores practical solutions that can contribute to a more efficient and responsive health sector.
In addition, the author shares his perspectives on a range of cultural, political, and economic issues which, directly or indirectly, affect the lives of ordinary citizens. It is my hope that this book will educate, inspire critical thinking, and encourage positive action toward a healthier and more informed society.
The Role of Public Medical Knowledge in Disease Prevention &Treatment

Introduction
This book provides perspectives on healthcare delivery, particularly within the Ghanaian context, and discusses a number of common diseases frequently encountered in health facilities. Greater emphasis is placed on disease prevention rather than treatment because prevention remains the most effective and cost-efficient approach to healthcare.
The book also discusses the appropriate decisions individuals can make when they become ill, based on the signs and symptoms they may experience. It is designed in such a way that readers can appreciate the interaction between healthcare professionals and members of the public.
Love is not Unconditional

introduction
“Love Is Not Unconditional” is a book that seeks to explore the reality of what love truly is. The debate surrounding idealistic love and its practicality often generates conflicting perspectives shaped by individual experiences.
From his perspective, there are two dominant schools of thought on love, represented by people at opposite ends of the spectrum: the optimists and the pessimists. The extreme optimist believes that true love exists and that nothing can interrupt its natural flow. Such a person sees love as unconditional and believes that no matter what happens, its foundation remains unshaken.
On the other hand, the extreme pessimist believes that romantic love is a scam and that betrayal is inevitable regardless of what one does in a relationship.
This book draws partly from the perspectives of both extremes in an attempt to establish a balanced third viewpoint. This position may be described as the “maladjustment of love.” It emphasizes the importance of understanding love realistically rather than idealistically. By doing so, individuals can take practical steps to build stronger and healthier relationships and marriages.
The goal of this book is not to destroy belief in love but to encourage a more realistic understanding of it, enabling people to make the best of their relationships while acknowledging life’s complexities.
Understanding Nursing Care-plan on the Ward

Introduction
This book is a practical guide to nursing care plans, designed to help Ghanaian student nurses develop a clear understanding of what it means to plan individualized care for every patient according to their specific needs.
While this book will assist student nurses and practicing nurses in developing effective patient care plans, its ultimate goal is to help students write and pass their nursing licensure practical examinations with confidence and ease.
The book was written after years of teaching and mentoring licensure candidates in hospital wards, with consistently successful outcomes. It provides practical insights and real-world guidance that bridge the gap between classroom learning and clinical practice.
